Cookie Policy

What cookies are

Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. We use similar browser storage (localStorage / sessionStorage) too. We group them into strictly necessary (the site can't work without them) and optional (marketing and statistics), which we use only with your consent.

Strictly necessary — always on

These are technically required and need no consent:

cart (localStorage) — remembers the products you added;

discount and Circle access code (sessionStorage / localStorage) — remembers a code you entered;

consultation hair-type choice (localStorage) — for your personalised recommendation;

cookie consent and notice state (localStorage / sessionStorage) — remembers your choice and that we already showed the notice.

This data stays in your browser and is not sent to us until you place an order.

Marketing and statistics — consent only

Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation, USA): records clicks, scrolling and session recordings so we can see where the site is hard to use. Sets the cookies _clck and _clsk (up to 1 year) and sends data to Microsoft, possibly to the USA. Order-form entries and the confirmation page are not recorded. Active only if you choose “Accept all”.

If we add other tools (for example a Meta Pixel to measure ads), we will likewise load them only after your explicit consent and detail them here.

Managing your consent

You can change your choice anytime via the “Cookie settings” link in the site footer. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings — this may affect how the cart works.
