Question 1

How fast will I see results?

Accepted Answer

Most customers report visibly smoother, shinier hair after the first ritual. Structural repair — less breakage, more elasticity — typically shows within 2 weeks of use every 2–3 days.

Question 2

Is it suitable for colored or bleached hair?

Accepted Answer

Yes — that's exactly what the Codex was built for. All formulas are sulfate-free and safe for color-treated, bleached and keratin-treated hair.

Question 3

How long does one box last?

Accepted Answer

Used every 2–3 days on mid-length hair, the Codex Box lasts about 8 weeks. The comb lasts forever — it's yours.

Question 4

Do the products smell like caviar?

Accepted Answer

No. Caviar extract doesn't smell fishy — the mask has a soft, pleasant care scent.

Question 5

Can I buy the products individually?

Accepted Answer

Yes — serum, cream and comb are each available on their own. The box simply saves you 24% against the individual prices.

Question 6

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

You have a 14-day right of return on unopened products, plus the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on every order within the EU.

Question 7

Which hair types is the Codex for?

Accepted Answer

All of them — fine, thick, straight, wavy, coily. The formulas replace lipids and peptides every fiber is built from. Fine hair especially benefits from the light textures that don't weigh it down.

Question 8

Does the order of the steps matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Wash first, then work the cream-mask into lengths and ends and comb it through so it reaches every strand. Finish with the serum — it amplifies the mask and adds shine — then leave 10 minutes and rinse thoroughly. Always: cleanse, replenish, distribute, finish.

Question 9

Can I keep my usual shampoo and styling?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Any gentle, sulfate-free shampoo is the ideal opener, and the ritual layers under every styling routine. Just apply heat protection after the ritual, not before it.

Question 10

Will it weigh fine hair down?

Accepted Answer

No. The serum's caviar-water base is lipid-free and weightless, and the cream is dosed by the pearl, not the handful. Use a little, rinse after 10 minutes — nothing heavy stays on the hair.

Question 11

Do I need all three products?

Accepted Answer

Each piece works on its own — but the Codex is a system: the serum primes, the cream rebuilds, the comb seals. Together they're the difference between an effect and a transformation. That's why the box exists.

Question 12

What makes the Limited Edition different?

Accepted Answer

The formulas are identical. The vessel isn't: individually numbered, hand-finished black lacquer, optional engraving — and once a series sells out, it is never re-issued.

Question 13

Why does the Codex cost what it costs?

Accepted Answer

Because of what you get: a 40 ml serum, a 100 ml mask and a comb in one box, for about 8 weeks of care. Worked out per treatment, it's a fraction of a single salon appointment. No seasonal sales — the box is always better value than the sum of its parts.

Question 14

What if it doesn't work for my hair?

Accepted Answer

Then you don't pay for it. That is the Codex Promise: test the ritual for 14 days — and if your hair doesn't feel visibly different, write to the House and we refund the full price. No forms, no questions asked.

Question 15

Who is the Codex not for?

Accepted Answer

For anyone looking for an overnight miracle, a mountain of foam or a €5 conditioner. The Codex is a discipline: ten minutes, every two to three days, for hair you intend to keep for decades. If that sounds like a chore, it isn't for you — and that's fine.

Question 16

When and how do I pay?

Accepted Answer

In cash to the Post Express courier when the parcel arrives. You pay nothing in advance and there is no cash-on-delivery fee. Before shipping we briefly call or message you on Viber to confirm the order.

Question 17

When will my parcel arrive?

Accepted Answer

Orders received on a working day by 12:00 ship the same day, others the next working day. Post Express usually delivers in 1–2 working days; you see the exact window below the buy button.
